Rope leashes hold up where flat webbing frays, because the braid spreads load across the whole rope instead of one seam. Both sizes run 5 feet. Standard uses roughly 3/8 inch rope and is built for dogs up to 100 pounds. Petite drops to about 5/16 inch with a lighter clasp, sized for dogs up to 40 pounds.
